I. RENTAL

The renter acknowledges receipt of all items listed and assumes all responsibility for loss and/or damage of those items.

II. PRICING

Standard rental rate is for a period no longer than 10 days. Classical costume rental $50 with a $750 replacement value. Contemporary costume rental $30 with a $150 replacement value

III. PICK UP/RETURNS

The renter is solely responsible for the pickup and return of all items. Costumes may only be picked up once the rental fee is paid in full. Costumes and props must be returned with in 10 days of pickup date. Costumes and props should be returned in the same way they were received.

IV. DAMAGE AND/OR LOSS

All costumes and props must be returned in the same condition in which they were received including original hangers or transport bags. Damage includes but is not limited to glue, safety pins, tape, tears, burns, cuts, rips, excessive makeup staining, missing pieces removal or addition of buttons, medallions or any kind trim. In the event of excessive damage or loss, the renter agrees to pay the full replacement value of the damaged costume plus shipping and any applicable custom fees.

V. CLEANING

FSBT costumes require special care and therefore under no circumstance may the renter launder/clean any costumes. We suggest undershirts or other protective garments to keep the costume fresh.

VI. ALTERATIONS

Costumes may be properly altered to fit but must be returned to their original condition before they are return to FSBT. The following guidelines must be followed.

a.) Tack alterations in thread, not safety pins. Safety pins left in the garment will damage the garment.

b.) Under no circumstances may a garment be cut, dyed, painted, distressed, glued, stapled, or taped.

c.) Do not use iron-ons such as stitch witchery.

d.) Do not cut a hem/train.

f.) Renter may not "improve" costume by adding embellishments or trims without permission from FSBT. If permission is granted, the renter must remove any trim before returning the garment.
