2024 CHOREOGRAPHY WORKSHOP
August 19 - August 24, 2024
Students will spend a week with choreographer Viktor Plotnikov creating a new contemporary piece for competition and festival performances throughout the school year.
FSBT’s ensemble piece “Punch It” was awarded Top 12 Contemporary Ensembles at the Youth America Grand Prix (YAGP) Finals in New York in Aprils 2024.
FSBT students placed in the Top 12 Ensembles at YAGP Finals in New York in 2017 and 2018, were invited to compete at the YAGP Finals in Tampa, FL in 2023, and won the Gold Medal at the 2018 World Ballet Competition with their performance of Mr. Plotnikov's piece, "Hope."
Participating dancers must be registered FSBT students and approved by the School Director.
“In My Dream” placed first in the Large Ensemble category at the 2020 National Ballet Competition.

FSBT students performed “Journey” at The Delaware Contemporary as part of the Art Loop in 2022.

The FSBT student ensemble won the Gold Medal at the 2018 World Ballet Competition and placed in the YAGP Finals Top 12 Ensembles with Viktor Plotnikov’s “Hope.”
