ADULT CLASSES IN Middletown/Whitehall

Open Ballet Class

A traditional ballet class designed to maintain mobility, flexibility and strength. A great workout for the entire body and mind that helps adults with all level of experience connect with their body on a deeper level.

Tuesday 7:00pm-8:00pm, Thursdays 10:00am-11:00am, and Saturdays 10:30am-11:30am

Simply Stretch

Sixty minutes of full body stretching that is designed to develop flexibility for all active adults. If you are struggling with tightness and it is affecting your daily life, this is a great way to learn how to relieve that tightness, which will ultimately effect mobility and address your body’s needs.

Open Jazz

A class designed to give a great cardio workout and a great time! You will practice all the fundamentals of jazz, with a focus on strength and artistry.

Open Hip Hop

A great opportunity to learn the fundamentals while enjoying your favorite current music, reaching the cardio threshold and strengthening the body! This dance style also helps develop rhythm, coordination and musicality.

What to Wear

Any athletic clothes that you can move in comfortably. Tights, leotard, leggings, athletic tops, dance skirts are all acceptable. Please bring ballet shoes for ballet class.

Standard class cards are valid for one year from the date of purchase. FSBT maintains a policy of offering no refunds, credits or transfers of tuition. All tuition is non-refundable.
