Adult Ballet Class
A traditional ballet class designed to maintain mobility, flexibility and strength. A great workout for the entire body and mind that helps adults with all level of experience connect with their body on a deeper level.
Spring Session Schedule: Tuesdays 7:00pm-8:00pm, Thursdays 7:00pm - 8:00pm, Fridays 7:00pm - 8:00pm, and Saturdays 10:30am-11:30am
Summer Session Schedule: Tuesday 6:00pm-7:00pm, Wednesday 6:00pm-7:00pm, and Thursdays 6:00pm-7:00pm
What to Wear
Any athletic clothes that you can move in comfortably. Tights, leotard, leggings, athletic tops, dance skirts are all acceptable. Please bring ballet shoes for ballet class.
Sessions: Six Weeks
Pick 1 - 4 ballet classes per week.
Late Spring session: Six Weeks running, April 22, 2025 – May 31, 2025. Now Open for Registration!
Summer Session: Six Weeks running, July 11, 2025 – August 15, 2025. Registration Opens April 15th!

FSBT maintains a policy of offering no refunds, credits or transfers of tuition. All tuition is non-refundable. Make-ups are available within each session.
