ADULT CLASSES IN Middletown/Whitehall

Open Ballet Class

A traditional ballet class designed to maintain mobility, flexibility and strength. A great workout for the entire body and mind that helps adults with all level of experience connect with their body on a deeper level.

Tuesdays 11:00am- 12:00pm, Thursdays 10:00am-11:100am, and Saturdays 10:30am-11:30am

Simply Stretch

Sixty minutes of full body stretching that is designed to develop flexibility for all active adults. If you are struggling with tightness and it is affecting your daily life, this is a great way to learn how to relieve that tightness, which will ultimately effect mobility and address your body’s needs.

Thursdays 11:15am-12:15pm and Fridays 11:30am-12:30pm

Pilates

Led by our resident Certified Pilates instructor, this is a traditional class without machines, focused on core development and alignment awareness.

Thursdays 12:15pm-1:00pm

Open Jazz

A class designed to give a great cardio workout and a great time! You will practice all the fundamentals of jazz, with a focus on strength and artistry.

Fridays 10:45am-11:45am

Open Hip Hop

A great opportunity to learn the fundamentals while enjoying your favorite current music, reaching the cardio threshold and strengthening the body! This dance style also helps develop rhythm, coordination and musicality.

Fridays 11:45am-12:45pm

What to Wear

Any athletic clothes that you can move in comfortably. Tights, leotard, leggings, athletic tops, dance skirts are all acceptable. Please bring ballet shoes for ballet class.

Middletown/Whitehall Class Cards

Class Cards applicable to all adult classes in the Middletown location except for Dance with Me.

Standard class cards are valid for one year from the date of purchase. FSBT maintains a policy of offering no refunds, credits or transfers of tuition. All tuition is non-refundable.
