Pearl Smith

PEARL SMITH trained under Lisa Slagle at the Ballet Academy of Texas. She moved to The Sarasota Ballet in 2021 as a trainee, and was later promoted to Studio Company in 2022. There Pearl worked with well-known choreographers including Johan Kobborg and Maria Konrad, and danced in many ballets including Raymonda, Paquita, Sir Kenneth MacMillan’s Elite Syncopations, and Balanchine’s Western Symphony, Divertimento No. 15, The Four Temperaments, and Who Cares?. This is Pearl’s first season with First State Ballet Theatre.
